Patrick T. Sullivan II

Mr. Sullivan has more than 38 years of experience in general commercial brokerage, specializing in build-to-suit, land development, and existing Northern Virginia product sales/leasing. Additionally, he has more than 40 years experience as a Managing General Partner and a Managing Member of numerous privately held development and holding companies in the Northern Virginia area. Mr. Sullivan is also an organizer and founding shareholder of First Virginia Community Bank based in Fairfax, Virginia. Mr. Sullivan is a licensed Principal Broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
