Trust Properties, Inc. is a full
service real estate company. The original company, Trust
Property Management, Inc., was formed in 1994 to manage the
commercial properties of the existing clients of the company
principals, Patrick Sullivan and Gregory McGillicuddy. Trust
Properties, Inc., the full service brokerage firm was formed in
the first quarter of 1995 in order to enhance the image,
opportunities, and profits of clients, as well as to broaden the
prominence of the company throughout the Greater Washington
Metropolitan Market.
A long list of clients have been and are
currently being represented. We do not take listings that we
have no intention of working on, and to that end Trust
Properties is selective in which listings we take. We only take
a listing when we feel that our client will benefit from our
services. In this way, we make certain that our client is
satisfied, as well as our record protected. We openly cooperate
with the brokerage community; however, we do not rely on them to
sell or lease properties in our inventory. We sell or lease 80
percent of our listings; the remaining 20 percent are sold or
leased through our efforts with the help of other cooperating
