Sullivan II (President, Virginia - Principal Broker)
Mr. Sullivan has more than
25 years of experience in general commercial brokerage, specializing
in build-to-suit, land development, and existing Northern
Virginia product sales/leasing. Additionally, he has more than
25 years experience as a Managing General Partner and a
Managing Member of numerous privately held development and holding
companies in the Northern Virginia area. Mr. Sullivan is also
an organizer and founding shareholder of First Virginia
Community Bank based in Fairfax, Virginia. Mr.
Sullivan is a licensed Principal Broker in the Commonwealth
of Virginia.

Gregory
McGillicuddy (Vice-President, Maryland/DC - Principal Broker)
Mr. McGillicuddy has more than 26
years of experience in the sales and the leasing of office/retail/industrial
properties. He has managed more
than two million square feet of properties in the Greater
Washington Metropolitan area. Mr. McGillicuddy is a
licensed broker in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of
Columbia.

Jack O'Donohue
(Associate Broker)
Mr. O'Donohue
received the prestigious "Realtor of the Year" award in 2005
from Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR), and also from the
Northern Virginia Board of Realtors (NVBR) in 2002 and 2004. Mr. O'Donohue has been a Realtor since 1984 specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial
properties in the Northern Virginia area. Bachelor of Science
degree from Benedictine College and a MBA degree from George Washington
University. Formerly a Partner in Stratford Associates
Commercial Real Estate, he also served as 2001 Chairman of the Board of the
Northern Virginia Association of Realtors. Mr. O'Donohue is licensed in
Virginia.
Jack O'Donohue, our old friend and associate, passed away on
June 6th of 2010. We here at Trust Properties are
deeply saddened by his passing, however, our lives were
genuinely enriched through our relationship with this unique
and amazing gentleman. He will be forever missed.

Trehan (Sales & Leasing Associate)
Mr. Trehan has
been a commercial and residential real estate sales
and leasing associate since 1996. As a 1976 graduate of The
Culinary Institute of America, he is a specialist in all
aspects of the restaurant and hospitality industry with
regard to real estate/facilities requirements.
Additionally he has extensive experience in not only retail,
office and flex leasing, but also in providing tenant
representation services to high technology companies.
He is multi-lingual:
English, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Punjabi. Mr. Trehan is licensed in Virginia.

Boualem "Bo" Mouloua
(Sales & Leasing Associate)
Mr. Mouloua's professional background has been in the Banking
and Mortgage Lending industries. He majored in
Business Administration. Bo has lived/ traveled
extensively throughout Europe and North Africa. He is
multi-lingual: English, French and Spanish. Mr.
Mouloua is a Virginia full service general commercial

Michael Christian Schulte

Mr. Schulte is a native of Northern Virginia, and a graduate
of Old Dominion University with a degree in Business
Finance. Prior to joining Trust Properties at the
beginning of 2007, he was an associate of Global Real
Estate Investment, a major retail brokerage firm in Norfolk,
Virginia, specializing in providing retail leasing
and sales services to major national
retailers such as: Eckerd, Dollar Tree, Tuesday Morning
and Subway. Mr. Schulte is a full service general
commercial associate. He has been
